RITE OF PASSAGE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Level 2 Leadership Training: Focus on Facilitation Skills and Program Design

with Dr. Arne Rubinstein

The Level 2 Leadership Training builds on the knowledge and experiences from the Level 1 Training and is for anyone already working with, or interested in creating Rites of Passage – including teachers, youth workers, parents, outdoor educators, counsellors, therapists, community organisers, scholars, elders  and anyone passionate about making the world a better place.

The program will be scenario based wherever possible to give you opportunities to actually practice facilitating in a live environment.  It runs over four days and is designed to empower, up-skill and support you as a facilitator. The program will be facilitated by Dr Arne Rubinstein and members of the ROPI team at a beautiful venue in central Netherlands.
